We believe every child can succeed! Our philosophy of education is multi-sensory. Several research-proven learning theories support this emphasis on learning through interactive play and social relationships. We aim to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and discover their interests, as well as develop their cognitive thinking skills.
We understand that each child has different needs and abilities, so we tailor our curriculum to meet them where they are developmental. We have structured our program with three age groups: toddlers (18 months – 24 months), preschoolers (3 – 4 years), and after-schoolers (5 – 12 years). This allows us to offer a variety of activities suited to each age group's individual needs.
The classroom has a new planned curriculum weekly that aligns with the Georgia Early Learning and Developmental Standard

Ms Keisha Starr Archer
Owner
Ms. Starr was born in New York City to Guyanese parents, but moved to Atlanta at the age of 1. She always had an entrepreneurial spirit and opened her first business at the age of 24 a clothing store. She later opened a nail salon,then a weight loss beauty spa. As a child she always wanted a childcare center and was blessed with the opportunity to open a childcare center in Conyers Georgia in the year 2018. However at that time the passing of her mother and a new born baby slowed her down. She was able to pick that dream up in Hapeville Georgia in 2022 opening Starr Kidz Academy. Her love for children and education continues to grow. Ms Starr currently has 3 childcare buildings and will be opening Starr Kidz Academy 2 in the near future.

Tracey Rivers
Nutritionist
Ms. Tracey is an Atlanta, Georgia native and has been in childcare for over 22 years. She has worked with all ages at Starr Kidz Academy and loves to help our scholars with learning.
Ms. Sam
Pre-K Teacher
Ms. Blount has a loving and caring personality that makes her a perfect teacher for our 3 and 4 year old scholars.

Shante Rowe
Toddler Teacher
Ms. Rowe has been working with toddlers at Starr Kidz Academy since 2022 and does an excellent job. She patiently works with each child with potty training and helps with getting them prepared for our prek classroom.
